Everyone here is nice NOT Friendly. It’s a huge difference. I went here a few times, after my last experience I will never return back. The next day after my polish started chipping away. A few of the nail tips aren’t fully glued down to my nail nor does the set feel fully secured to my nails. I tip extremely well, respectful, and quiet. Every time I go here I NEVER get what I ask. I can show pictures and even describe what I want and still never get what i want. It may be similar but not really. I’m assuming Jessica runs the shop, she seems impatient and overwhelmed. It feels as if she wants to push clients into a chair to hurry them out. Doesn’t really listen or to look at the description of the nail design.

Jessica 100% nailed the design I wanted. She went out of her way to make sure I got what I asked for. Staff was professional and courteous. The pedicure was amazing. I will never go anywhere else. Customer for life.

Laura did such a fantastic job on my nails. I showed her my nail inspo and she did amazing. Not only did she do my nails, I also got a relaxing pedicure from her. 🥰

Disappointed to say the least. Many of the original staff from years ago don’t work here anymore & it’s mostly Spanish women who don’t speak much English. The nail tech whose station is next to the owners was on her phone FaceTiming someone the entire time and the other employees were loud. After my service was finished I was charged $175 for a builder gel fill and spa pedicure with gel polish. I find that very expensive. 3 days later 2 of my nails popped off clean as if they were press ons. A few other of my nails were already lifting. I went in to get them fixed and the owner was very nice and instructed the nail tech who did my nails when I came in, to fix them. She only wanted to fix the 2 nails that were popped off and gave me an attitude about the others that were lifting. During that experience the salons smelt of onions like someone was cooking food and the numerous nail techs in there were loud and speaking Spanish the entire time which is not exactly a relaxing or professional experience especially when being charged premium prices for services. It’s unfortunate but I won’t be returning again. I think the ladies in there need more education on how to do nails properly and how to conduct themselves professionally. Maybe if she wasn’t on the phone the whole time or talking amongst their coworkers they would be able to do nails properly.

Yesey did my nails. It’s my first time here at world nails. I didn’t feel rushed, I should her what I wanted and she actually did way better than what I showed her. This shop is super clean and for as many customers that were here it didn’t have that strong acrylic smell. I would definitely come back.
